what is this sound? (Video)

I started to get this sound after changing the below parts. very obvious during cold start what do you think?

1. Oil Filter
2. D/P/W (I dont know what is that?)
3. Air Filter
4. A/C Belt
5. Alternator Belt
6. Thermostat+Valve+Gasket
7. A/C Filter

Engine Related Mods:
I have ELH, DownPipe, AxelBack Exhaust, FPR, AOS Can and Wastegate Actuator

Subaru Agency Engineer stating nothing wrong with the car.

1. Changed Spark Plugs
2. Compression Test (result: 125-127-126-125) was performed after 1.5 hour after switching off the car.
3. Changed Oil (10w40)
4. Air Filter replaced.

All went back to normal. [MENTION=9]HolyCrapItsFast[/MENTION] can we start the tune?

Yes it was the alternator belt tension. I adjusted it and sound is gone.
