'04 STI block, broke rod/bearing?

Okay, got and update. Sorry been busy with work and all.

But I called today, my turbo turned out being jacked, and I needed a new water pump... But at least the turbo was able to be repaired. They are putting the turbo and all back in today, then mapping it tomorrow, and hopefully road testing it. So It should be ready for pick-up Friday.

I'l post another update on Friday.

So I got it back today, drove home great! I'll try to post some pictures tomorrow.

I just want to say thank you to all of you guys for the advice and help. It's good to see a community with this attitude towards each other.

Awesome man! I'm sure its good to be back in the driver seat aye? Did they suggest a break in period for it?

Yeah it feels awesome! Only problem now is my AccessPort isn't turning on, but I've narrowed that down to the UBD cord, haha.

and the break-in they suggested was 800-1k with some other rules for different mileage brackets, then call their guy in my area to re-map it and take the 4k rpm limiter off.
