Hey guys I just found out a very good friend of ours Reks or Gino if you didn't know is having stomach surgery tomorrow. Please say a pray for my friend and yours that everything goes well. Reks you will be in my prays and I will be thinking of you tomorrow.

I've had 3 hernia surgeries and two finger surgeries while in the Army and I came out fine. Well not my finger, but technology hasn't caught up to the knuckle I broke I'm sure he'll be just fine. Good luck though.

Best of luck Rek. I hope all goes well..one of the guys I work with had some surgery on his stomach/intestines, and he felt great after 3 days. He had limits on how much weight he could lift for a month though.
