Rear rotor removal

I swapped the front rotors with slotted ones. Now I need to swap out the rears. Can someone tell me what size bolt goes into the hole of the rotor to pull them off? I just tried banging them with a hammer but they didn't budge. Also, do I need to have the E-Brake engaged or disengaged?
