The only time ive ever heard this was on a friends srt4 lol

Thanks guys for all your input. So the answers I'm getting is don't go wot in to high of a gear at slow speeds.

That's right, but even if you do, the chances of something bad happening are pretty slim. If the rpms are so low that you get a low frequency vibration through the firewall, its time to shift down.
