i would think yes. with the right amount of fabrication anything is possible. you would probably need a set of hubs from one of those cars and fabricate the correct mounting locations to fit on your car

Not so much "convert", as "have fabricated" and then "buy realllllly expensive wheels."

oh, so I was thinking about a whole new hub (to be designed/made). It's possible you could get just an adapter made, that bolts onto where the studs are, just pushing the new assembly mounting surface out further. You may need to file/machine down the hub-centric ring. You could then get an appropriate offset wheel, if they're even made. Not "un-doable", probably not TOO expensive (to have an adapter made), but finding and buying wheels that would fit is at least a few grand.
