I know this is a engine thread but no whereelse to put this. So my 2011 sti has no air. When I put the air on, I hear a loud spray sound, and see the compressor trying to turn, but it won't engage fully. Also the engine bogs out. Gage on the a/c pro refrigerant was in the red if that helps.

It sounds like there might be to much refrigerant. Try removing some to bring it back down in the green.
Yeah, if the gauge was in the red it could be several things. There are small filters in the system that can get clogged and cause high pressure. Id' suggest that you take it to an AC pro with the proper tools to monitor the high and low pressure sides and properly recharge it. Leave the AC off until then to prevent any (further) compressor damage.
