Well two bottles of Lucas oil and a long drive last night to get as much of that cleaner through the system I could. Drove into work this morning and only 19 knock count opposed to the 125 I got a few days ago on the way home from work. She idles perfect again and I did not notice any hesitation at the 3k rpm range I was experiencing before. I think all is well. I will be changing the oil as a safety precaution.
