Why am I smelling Brake fluids??

I have a 05 Subaru WRX STi and I have notice a strong burnt smell emitting from the right front brakes. At first i thought it was my engine burning oil so i checked and even got a compression and leak down test performed and everything checked out. Could it maybe due to the fact that the smell became even more noticeable after i took it up to 160mph once and braked quite aggressively. What should i do?

You could've warped your rotor enough that it's rubbing against the pad, overheating it and emitting the smell. Do you have a shudder in the wheel when braking even lightly?

Its only the right front?

Go for a drive, get out and put your hand near (NOT ON) the front left rotor and then the front right rotor. They should both be the same temp and coolish if it was a regular drive. Is the right one hot?

Does the car shudder (as medic said) or pull to the right?
