No this is an electrical problem and has nothing to do with a stage 2 setup. Don't let them tell you otherwise. Doing a stage 2 setup only voids the power train warranty but they can't deny service to other unrelated components. It is illegal.

Just got it back from the dealership. They said there was a wire that rubbed against the Grimmspeed heatshield and was exposed and that was causing the short. They repaired the wire and all is good now. Thanks again for all of the great help. Another reason why I love this site. Also, they did it all under warranty!
