Intakes & Exhaust for STi 13

Great day all. I'm looking for intakes & exhaust which would best fit into my STi 13; well anyhow I have narrowed down my choices between Perrin(CAI,BCS & Catted DP) & Cobb(Catted DP, 3P BCS & CAI SF+Box) as what my brother advised me. I am looking also for a catback that not that loud which has almost the same DB level with the stock, and a quad pipe with ti tips would be perfect. Lastly, wondrin shipment to Philippines will be made? Comments, advise & suggestions welcome.

I am not a fan of Perrin either, nothing I've bought of theirs has ever fit correctly or gone on easily...
