Oil Return Line leaking

My oil return line on my turbo is leaking.. This is hands down the hardest oil line to mess with.. I have tighten it a few times and nothing seems to work. I can barely get a flat head screwdriver to both hose clamps and I'm not taking the turbo back off just to mess with this line.. I jack the car up and it's not leaking at idle but if I go WOT and leave it over night I notice oil on my plastic cover.. You think it's possible to replace the line w/o taking off the turbo?

You MIGHT be able to get to it if you take the downpipe off and have the car on a lift so you can get your hand(s) all up in there. If you can't use a normal screwdriver, try using something like a socket-wrench with a flat head attachment. If it comes down to it, I wouldn't want to let my turbo keep leaking like that....might have to take the turbo out :/
